A member of two professional associations?

Double pays better

The AGD actively seeks exchange and co-operation with our German and European partner associations. If you are also a member of another designers’ association, the AGD subscription fee for the current year is reduced by 20 percent – we regret that this does not apply to members who already pay reduced subscription fees. Some partner associations also grant a 20 percent reduction, so double membership means you pay two times 20 percent less. The partner associations at present are as follows:

• AFD Alliance française des Designers
• Design Austria
• designerinnen forum Hamburg
  
• Forum Typografie
• VDID Verband Deutscher Industrie Designer

 

If you already pay reduced AGD subscription fees (as a member of a private company, spouse of a current member or newcomer to the profession), the AGD can‘t grant further reductions for double membership. Please contact the AGD Office to apply for a double membership reduction (no form is required). You should send evidence of membership in a partner association to the AGD by 30th June of the relevant year.
