Specialists – as individuals or in a team

The approximately 3,000 designers in the AGD work in 34 different fields. There are general designers who work in a number of disciplines, as well as highly specialised experts.
The designers in the AGD work together, and this collaboration is a way to handle extensive and complex projects. A number of teams have co-operated on an ad hoc basis over several years, while others are founded to meet the individual wishes and requirements of a new client. These teams may then remain in existence for a long time.
